10th Annual Nanaimo Indoor Pickleball Tournament July 13 & 14, 2024

EVENTS: Skill levels 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5+

Saturday, July 13th: Men’s and Ladies Doubles

Sunday, July 14th: Mixed Doubles

FORMAT: Play is round robin leading to single elimination playoffs

SAFETY: Eye Protection is Mandatory (see Club policy HERE)

LOCATION: Oliver Woods Community Centre, 6000 Oliver Road, Nanaimo

ENTRY FEE: $60 per person (includes 1

st Event, Lunch and Healthy Snacks) plus $15 for 2nd event, plus processing fees. When registering, your partner has 24 hours to complete their registration, otherwise your team will be put to the bottom of the waitlist.

REGISTRATION: Opens Thursday, June 13th 2023, at 8 am and closes Wednesday, July 3rd at 8am. Click HERE to go to the Pickleball Brackets website to register.

Pickleball Brackets software will be used for the tournament. You and your partner must create your individual Pickleball Brackets accounts prior to the commencement of registrations. There is no charge to join Pickleball Brackets. Instructions on how to create your Pickleball Brackets account can be found on the Nanaimo Pickleball Website by clicking on the following link.

When registering for a skill level (eg. 4.0, at least one of the players must be rated at the skill level at the event. A 3.5 rated player playing with a 4.0 player is eligible to play in a 4.0 event. Two 3.5 rated players are not eligible to play in a 4.0 event.

REFUND POLICY: If cancelled before July 3rd, registration fee minus $15 administration fee will be refunded. No refunds after July 3rd at 8:01 AM.

Important For Your 2024 Membership

This year, starting January 1st 2024, our club will be collecting membership dues on the Pickleball Canada National Website. You must register with Pickleball Canada to become a member of our club. When you hit the JOIN-RENEW button, it is your one-stop location for joining South Cowichan Pickleball Club, BC Pickleball, and Pickleball Canada. If you belong to more than one club, you will only register with Pickleball Canada once. For more information go to Pickleball Canada and check out Membership Benefits and FAQ.
South Cowichan Pickleball Club membership fee is $50 if paid by March 31st, and $55 thereafter. These fees include the $10 Pickleball Canada  and the $5.00 Pickleball BC registrations. These 2 registration fees are added to the posted $35.00/$40.00 Club registration fee.
